Qualifications

• Proven track record leading paid social activity across large client accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn with curiosity for emerging channels.
• Ability to connect platform activity to broader marketing objectives.
• Experience managing acquisition and brand budgets with strong commercial sense.
• Understanding of analytics, attribution, tracking and reporting.
• Clear, engaging communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Collaborative leadership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day paid social strategy and delivery across key client accounts.
• Turn briefs into channel strategies, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Develop integrated brand and performance recommendations across audience, creative and measurement.
• Oversee activation, optimisation, reporting and budget governance.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for clients and teams.
• Champion responsible AI, automation and platform capabilities in planning.
• Coach teams and foster an inclusive, contributory environment.
