This role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Creative Strategist—someone who sits at the intersection of culture, creativity, and performance. You’ll own our paid social creative strategy across platforms like Meta and TikTok, crafting thumb-stopping ads that drive action, spark emotion, and scale our brand.

This isn’t just a performance role, and it’s not just creative. It’s both.

You’ll translate insights into creative gold—partnering with our designers, creators, and marketing team to launch campaigns that move fast, convert hard, and shape culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Own creative strategy for all paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Write scroll-stopping copy: hooks, headlines, scripts, and storyboards that drive CTR, ROAS, and brand love.
  • Source and brief UGC creators: Find the right talent and direct the execution of compelling, on-brand content.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop high-converting partnership ads.
  • Work with creative and media teams to concept, brief, and launch video, static, UGC, motion, and AI assets.
  • Analyse performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and translate insights into action.
  • Run creative testing and iteration at speed—scaling what works and cutting what doesn’t.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, creator culture, and what’s performing in the space.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in a creative strategy or performance creative role, ideally in lifestyle, wellbeing, or consumer ecommerce.
  • Proven track record of top-performing paid ads across Meta and TikTok.
  • Sharp copywriting instincts and a deep understanding of what hooks people in 3 seconds.
  • Fluent in UGC and creator-led content—especially scripting and directing.
  • Analytical mindset—you can dissect creative performance and act on it.
  • Collaborative and fast-moving: you love building with cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about wellbeing and excited by Healf’s four pillars: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP.
Preferred
  • Experience working with UGC creators or influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Light video editing or design skills (Figma, CapCut, Adobe).
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage brand environment.
