Job summary

Boden is seeking a Social Content Manager to lead paid social creative strategy and concept development. You will work with Brand Marketing, Creative, Studio and Marketing to translate cultural trends into engaging, native social content.

Location is hybrid: 3 days in North Acton office, 2 days from home. You’ll interpret performance insights to continuously improve creative output and drive commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Experience developing high-performing social content for paid channels.
• Strong understanding of organic social trends and audience behaviour.
• Ability to translate performance data into creative recommendations.
• Proven leadership of the creative process from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the paid social creative strategy from concept to execution.
• Develop social-first concepts based on organic trends and audience insights.
• Collaborate with Organic Social to align paid and organic content.
• Partner with Paid Media and Product Marketing to translate insights into campaigns.
• Create briefs and manage relationships with influencers and creators.
• Own creative performance reporting and drive testing/optimisation.
