Job summary

We Are Social in London is seeking a Content Creator or Creative Editor (Paid Social) to own visual content production for a major food delivery brand. You’ll work as part of a tight creative duo with a Social Media Manager, shaping hooks, edits and formats across Meta and TikTok for international markets.

The role demands seniority, autonomy and the ability to collaborate with external clients and internal teams, with in-office attendance three days weekly and a UK-right-to-work requirement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to ideate and execute social-first content at scale.
• Strong motion, editing and visual storytelling skills for Meta/TikTok.
• Experience with AI tooling to speed up production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Origin and produce paid social content for Meta and TikTok across markets.
• Develop modular design templates and asset variations for rapid testing.
• Lead vertical and horizontal cuts, hooks and on-screen text to drive performance.
• Collaborate with a Social Media Manager and external clients with autonomy.
