Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a mid-to-senior level creative to lead visual content production for paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok. The role requires autonomy, a strong portfolio, and collaboration with a Social Media Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation, motion graphics, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong portfolio of social-first, high-volume, multi-format paid social content for Meta and TikTok across international accounts.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with CapCut and mobile-first editing platforms
• Proactive AI literacy and experience integrating emerging tools into creative processes
• Experience with generative AI tools and automated workflow platforms

Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping visual content for paid social campaigns.
• Develop visual concepts, hooks, and editing styles for Meta and TikTok.
• Own visual content production and execution in collaboration with a Social Media Manager.
• Lead visual direction and hooks before briefing to streamline pre-production.
• Manage asset lifecycles from capture to deployment.
• Produce animation treatments, motion graphics, and video cuts in After Effects.
• Apply typography, layout, and colour hierarchy to improve performance.
• Create multi-format assets for native TikTok and vertical video.
• Adapt visual elements across placements to prevent ad fatigue.
• Self-produce vertical video shoots to accelerate time to market.
