Sphere Digital Recruitment Group is partnering with a fast-growing, social-first creative agency in London to recruit a Social Content Creator. Based in London, you will shoot, edit and create content across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, handling studio shoots, reactive TikToks and client events, with daily editing in Premiere Pro or CapCut.

Ideal candidates love trends, culture and turning ideas into scroll-stopping content, and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced role that spans multiple shoots

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of professional social content experience.
• Strong editing skills across Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Ability to work quickly across shoots and projects.
• Understands culture, trends and creator behaviour.
• Positive, hands-on attitude ready to dive in.

The role

• London-based
• Hands-on social content creation
• Working across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube
• Shooting, editing and creating content for major consumer brands
• Working alongside Creative, Strategy & Account Management
• A genuinely varied role — from studio shoots to reactive TikToks and client events
