Kaizen Search Limited in London is seeking a self-starting Social Content Creator to join our growing Social team. You’ll craft thumb-stopping content, shape narratives, and help campaigns shine across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.

You’ll work in a small, collaborative group, with two in-office days each week, and you’ll bring a year+ of content experience, a sharp eye for what works, and a portfolio that proves your ideas make impact.

Qualifications

• About 1+ year of experience creating content.
• Passion for organic social media with sharp instincts for what makes content work.
• Ability to come up with unique ideas.
• Comfort with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere) and working knowledge of design/copy fundamentals.
• A strong portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you’ve created.
• The confidence to challenge a brief and collaborate to improve it.

Responsibilities

• Concept and create scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Turn strategy into standout creative from concepting, shooting, editing, copywriting etc.
• Bring your own point of view to brainstorms and contribute to ideas that elevate client content.
• Stay plugged into culture, monitor news moments, and know when to engage.
• Help build diverse formats, series, and creative territories for clients.
• Work across a roster of brands that want to be bold on social.
