Mongoose Social is a leading DTC performance marketing agency, managing £75M+ in ad spend across 250+ ecommerce brands. We partner with mid-market to enterprise brands to drive profitable growth through paid social, creative strategy, and retention.

We move fast, obsess over results, and give our people real ownership and rapid progression. We’re hiring a Paid Media Executive to manage a portfolio of ecommerce accounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience running Meta ads for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Solid grasp of ROAS, CPA, AOV, and conversion rate; eager to learn MER and profitability.
• Some exposure to GA4 or similar analytics tools; willingness to train on platforms.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams; detail-oriented and organised.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of ecommerce ad campaigns across Meta platforms.
• Build, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns with guidance from Senior Buyers.
• Conduct daily checks, budget pacing, and prepare performance updates for meetings.
• Collaborate with creative to brief assets that drive campaign results.
• Own quality and accuracy of ads before going live.
