Job summary

The successful candidate will work with the Paid Social Account Director and Manager, contribute to campaign management, performance reporting, and collaborative cross‑team efforts in a hybrid UK-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or paid social (agency or in-house preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of key platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Execution: Support setup and ongoing management of paid social campaigns across key platforms.
• Quality Assurance & Best Practice: Conduct QA checks and ensure naming conventions and best practices.
• Data & Reporting & Insights: Support creation of performance reports and initial commentary.
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Account Manager to deliver campaigns and reporting.
• Operational Excellence: Deliver tasks on time and follow workflows and processes.
• Learning and Development: Build expertise and participate in training (e.g., Meta Blueprint).
