Job summary

Teaching Personnel is offering a two-year salaried teacher training programme in Bournemouth. You will work in a secondary school as a Cover Supervisor in Year 1, gaining classroom experience and preparing for formal teacher training.

The role pays £23,000–£27,000 and starts in January 2027, with fully funded PGCE and QTS along with ongoing mentoring and development. In Year 2 you move into formal teacher training while continuing in school, building confidence and taking on more responsibility
