Job summary

Tech Connect Group/ Southampton-based role leads paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms for a diverse client portfolio. Based in Southampton or Salisbury, the role offers flexi hours and hybrid work (3 days from home).

The lead will drive strategy, performance, and client relationships, mentor the team, and build analytics dashboards to support data-driven decisions and cross-channel growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on agency experience with large budgets and campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Deep expertise in GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and attribution models.
• Strong ability to turn data into commercial insights and lead client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead agency-wide paid search strategy and best practices.
• Plan, optimise and manage campaigns across multiple formats and platforms.
• Present insights to clients and support pre-sales and cross-channel expansion.
• Train and mentor team members and ensure high-quality account builds.
• Build dashboards and oversee performance reporting for portfolios.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and maintain Google Partner certifications.
