The role focuses on turning insights into action, driving growth through rigorous testing, forecasting and budget management, while coaching Paid Search Executives in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong data-driven approach with forecasting and budget planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver paid search strategies and media plans.
• Lead implementation and optimisation across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, App and Demand Gen.
• Create test-and-learn programmes with clear hypotheses and measurement.
• Drive operational excellence through workflow management and QA.
• Analyse campaign performance and translate data into recommandations.
• Build strong client relationships with strategic guidance.
• Support, coach and develop Paid Search Executives.
