Job summary

Zenith UK is seeking a Head of Paid Search to lead the UK discipline within Performics and shape the next chapter of search. You will set strategic direction, develop the team, and ensure Paid Search delivers meaningful results for clients.

Working alongside leaders across Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO and Affiliates, you will connect specialist expertise with customer journeys and commercial priorities, influencing the future of search within Zenith.

Qualifications

• Strong Paid Search expertise across strategy to execution.
• Experience leading teams with clear objectives and inclusive practices.
• Commercial judgment with forecasting and resource planning.
• Understanding of campaign quality, measurement, optimisation and governance.
• Ability to build credible relationships with senior clients and partners.
• Curiosity about AI, data and consumer behavior and how they impact performance.
• Collaborative leadership connecting Paid Search with the wider performance marketing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for UK Paid Search with clear priorities.
• Lead and develop the Paid Search team with inclusive workloads and clear progression.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients and translate business objectives into Paid Search strategies.
• Own the discipline's commercial performance, including revenue forecasting and resource planning.
• Maintain high standards across planning, activation, measurement, reporting and QA.
• Shape test-and-learn roadmaps and guide adoption of automation, AI and data solutions.
• Collaborate across Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, Affiliates and data teams to create integrated performance solutions.
