Zenith UK in London is seeking a Paid Search Manager to join our team. You will deliver impactful search strategies for ambitious clients, combining data, technology and creativity to drive measurable business outcomes.

You’ll work with specialists across the agency to shape campaigns, build trusted client partnerships and support the continued growth of our Paid Search offering. If you’re passionate about performance marketing and turning insights into action, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Experience with bid management platforms SA360, Marin or Skai.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data.
• Experience with forecasting, budget management and performance planning.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Proficient in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics; Excel and PowerPoint proficient.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver paid search strategies and media plans that align with client objectives and commercial goals.
• Lead the implementation and optimisation of campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, App and Demand Gen activity.
• Create structured test-and-learn programmes with clear hypotheses, measurement frameworks and actionable outcomes.
• Drive operational excellence through effective workflow management, quality assurance and continuous process improvement.
• Analyse campaign performance and transform data into clear recommendations that inform future strategy.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication, strategic guidance and proactive recommendations.
• Support, coach and develop Paid Search Executives and Senior Executives, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, alongside strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
