This role will…

• Build and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Amazon
• Use data to spot trends, drive testing, and improve performance
• Get stuck into growth strategies for major ecom clients - think well known brands
• Report on performance with clarity and confidence
• Soak up training and industry exposure from day one

You Will Need

• Some hands-on experience in paid media (agency or in-house)
• Confidence with numbers, data tools, and learning fast
• Sharp communication skills (internal + client-facing)
• Curiosity to dig into what drives performance
