We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Executive to join our dynamic and growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing expert with a strong focus on Paid Search Advertising to collaborate with our international client base. Our agency, Ignite, has carved out a niche in the hospitality industry , partnering with leading hotel, restaurant, and bar chains across the globe. A passion for, or experience in, this industry is a significant advantage.

Reporting directly to our Paid Search Specialist and Head of Paid Media , you will take the lead in managing and optimising paid search campaigns for a variety of clients. From day one, you’ll be responsible for the setup, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns on Google and other key search platforms .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search Campaign Management : Implement and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads .
  • Budget Management : Monitor and manage client advertising budgets with diligence, ensuring maximum ROI for our clients.
  • Keyword Research & Analysis : Conduct market research and perform keyword analysis to inform campaign strategies and enhance performance.
  • Campaign Optimisation : Continuously monitor, test, and refine campaigns , utilising tools like Google Analytics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Generate detailed reports on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients based on performance data.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with the Paid Social Specialist, Digital Marketing Managers, Head of Paid Media, and other team members to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Multi-channel Advertising : While your focus will be on Paid Search , you may also manage advertising efforts across other digital channels including Facebook, Instagram , and TikTok when necessary.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in Paid Search : Demonstrated experience managing successful paid search campaigns, particularly on Google Ads .
  • Proficiency with Analytics Tools : Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics , with the ability to track, report, and analyse website and campaign performance.
  • Attention to Detail : Highly organised with a meticulous approach to campaign setup, management, and reporting.
  • Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights that drive performance.
  • Experience in Hospitality : An advantage, but not essential; a passion for this sector is highly valued.
  • Team Player : Enjoy working in a collaborative environment but also able to work independently and proactively.
  • Agency Experience : Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
  • SEO Knowledge : Basic understanding of SEO and how it complements paid media efforts.
  • Cross-channel Advertising Knowledge : Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram Ads and TikTok advertising is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 1-2 Years’ Experience : Experience working as a digital marketing executive or coordinator, with a focus on paid search advertising .
