Job summary

Candidate Source - TEAM is seeking a Paid Search Manager to translate data and testing into profitable growth across international markets. You'll own campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads and Universal App Campaigns, collaborating with Marketing, Analytics, Creative and Product teams.

You'll analyse performance, plan tests, manage budgets, and help scale acquisition while developing leadership skills as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PPC or performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing significant campaigns and budgets across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Excellent knowledge of keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with A/B testing across ads, landing pages and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads and Universal App Campaigns.
• Own campaign structure, keyword strategy, search query analysis, bidding, targeting and budget pacing across multiple international markets.
• Plan and analyse A/B tests across copy, creative assets, landing pages, bidding strategies and targeting.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CPA and ROAS, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and reporting, highlighting performance issues.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product and other stakeholders on messaging and growth opportunities.
