Job summary

Havas Market in Manchester is seeking a Paid Performance Manager to lead a portfolio of key accounts within the digital performance team. You will oversee 1–2 Paid Performance Executives and drive performance across paid search formats including Performance Max and Demand Gen.

You’ll work closely with the Paid Performance Director, engage in client calls, present insights, and push innovative solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance remit, preferably agency side.
• Experience with enterprise clients and large budgets (£1M+).
• Proven Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and GA360 certifications.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Strong numeracy and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 Paid Performance Executives and manage campaigns.
• Own campaign implementation, analysis, and optimisation.
• Present strategy and results to clients on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with director on innovative solutions and new business.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly client reviews and forecasting.
