Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Performance remit, ideally in an agency.
• Experience with enterprise clients and large budgets (£1M+).
• Certification across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA360 and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of industry tools and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage paid search campaigns to deliver client objectives.
• Act as technical lead on paid search, shopping, performance max, demand gen and apps.
• Oversee optimization using bid-management tools for ongoing performance.
• Develop holistic paid performance strategies with minimal supervision.
• Forecast and plan monthly budgets aligned to client goals.
• Prepare timely client-facing strategy and results reporting.
• Lead 1–2 paid performance executives and support new business efforts.
