Enterprise Mobility invites you to join its one year Management Placement Programme as an Intern. Based in one of our retail branches, you will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students are eligible for the internship and placement programme.
• Competencies are assessed based on performance against company standards.
• Full UK or EU driving licence is required, with accommodations for some disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations and inquiries.
• Develop sales and marketing connections with local partners.
• Understand financial mechanics including cost control and P&L basics.
• Learn fleet operations, planning, and performance improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and potentially manage others as you grow.
