Job summary

Enterprise Mobility invites you to join its One Year Management Placement Programme in Norwich. As an Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations within a supportive, inclusive team.

The role offers real responsibility from day one, with training, mentorship and opportunities for progression. You will contribute to real business outcomes while developing leadership and management capabilities in a global mobility business.

Qualifications

• We accept applications from all undergraduate students regardless of university attended or subject.
• Must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Apply what you know while building hard and soft skills across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and more.
• Develop skills in customer service, reservations handling, and rapport building with customers.
• Engage with local partners to grow networks and relationships.
• Understand financial mechanics including cost control and basic P&L concepts.
• Take part in leadership development and mentoring opportunities as you grow.
