Job description

The Paid Media Specialist is a skilled digital marketing professional responsible for the day-to-day planning, delivery, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across various online platforms for LEWIS’ digital clients. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously and responding quickly to client and team requests. The specialist will develop a clear understanding of team requirements and objectives, providing proactive support.

Responsibilities

  1. Execute Paid Media strategies for TEAM LEWIS’ digital clients, including campaign setup, management, audience targeting, bid management, data analysis, and reporting.
  2. Assist the Integrated Marketing team in managing client accounts and projects, understanding goals and target audiences to develop effective paid media strategies.
  3. Manage daily operations of key paid media channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  4. Define KPIs and benchmarks to measure campaign success.
  5. Monitor and optimise campaign performance to meet benchmarks.
  6. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, preparing regular performance reports for clients.
  7. Coordinate communication with clients to ensure deadlines are met.
  8. Support client relationships, establishing TEAM LEWIS as a long-term digital marketing partner.
  9. Work with line managers to leverage strengths, improve weaknesses, and support career development.
  10. Support training of graduates and interns.
  11. Participate in TEAM LEWIS training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  12. Provide performance reports to senior management upon request.
  13. Assist with ad hoc initiatives and projects for TEAM LEWIS and clients.
  14. Promote the TEAM LEWIS brand, values, and work proactively.

About you

  1. Experience in paid media and digital marketing, preferably from an agency background.
  2. Hands-on experience managing campaigns across channels like Google Suite (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  3. Deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, with a proactive approach to achieving goals and ROI.
  4. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and advertising dashboards.
  5. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  6. Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Motivated, proactive, and diligent team player.
  8. Strong awareness of digital products, trends, and technologies.
  9. Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
