Tribal Recruitment - The UK's Leading Digital & R2R Recruiters in London is seeking a Senior Paid Media Executive to drive performance for fast-growing DTC brands across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.

You’ll work closely with Paid Media Managers to plan and optimise campaigns, conduct audience research, and collaborate with creative and data teams. Hybrid role: 2 days in Central London, 3 days WFH, up to £35k DOE.

Qualifications

• 1.5–3 years’ experience in a Paid Media role (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
• Interest in DTC marketing and eCommerce funnels.
• Data-savvy with GA4, Looker Studio, and UTM tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more.
• Shape performance strategies for DTC brands in lifestyle, fashion, health, and wellness.
• Conduct audience research, creative testing, and conversion optimisation.
• Monitor performance and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative and data teams on messaging and targeting.
