Hybrid is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Media in Bristol to lead a growing team and drive performance across digital channels for our higher education clients. You’ll report to the Global Executive Digital Director and collaborate with Account Management to deliver campaigns that meet client KPIs and ROAS.

You’ll shape media strategy, oversee delivery and optimisation, and mentor the team in GA4, GTM, and attribution reporting. Travel to client meetings and other offices may be required.

Competenze

• Significant experience in paid media campaigns across search, social, display and video.
• Proven leadership skills within an agency setting and ability to manage a team.
• Experience setting up event tracking and attribution using GA4 and GTM.

• Lead media campaign operations and drive performance with the team.
• Oversee campaign delivery and optimisations to meet client KPIs and ROAS.
• Identify opportunities in new paid channels and placements.
• Attend client meetings as the technical strategic lead for RFPs.
