Job summary

Hybrid News Limited in Bristol is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Media to lead a growing team of paid media specialists and drive performance across digital channels for our major higher education clients.

Reporting to the Global Executive Digital Director, you will oversee campaign delivery, set up GA4/GTM tracking, analyse performance data, and contribute to client strategy and new business pitches in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with paid media campaigns across search, social, display and video.
• Proven ability to lead a team in an agency environment with line management responsibilities.
• Experience setting up event conversion tracking through GA4 and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction of media campaign operations and manage campaign performance.
• Oversee campaign delivery and optimisations to ensure effective client performance.
• Attend client meetings as technical strategic lead and contribute to RFPs.
