Job summary

3Search is seeking a Digital Designer to join a global, performance-driven team. This role focuses on paid media creative across display, social, search and landing pages, driving engagement and conversions.

You’ll work with marketers to craft modular templates, adapt creative for different channels, and bring AI-assisted workflows to speed up versioning while preserving creative judgment. Hybrid working from Manchester area with international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid-media design across display, social, and search campaigns.
• Strong understanding of hierarchy, messaging and CTAs in landing pages.
• Ability to adapt creative across channels with asset optimization.
• Experience with Marketo and PathFactory is desirable.
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency across Photoshop and Illustrator.
