Job summary

3Search is seeking a Motion & Integrated Designer to join its global technology-led creative team in Manchester. You’ll work across digital, social, motion and integrated marketing content, from paid social assets to landing pages and longer-form collateral.

The standout focus is motion—bring strong visual ideas to life with animation while maintaining craft across formats. You’ll collaborate across campaigns, print and digital, with a hybrid office pattern expected 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• A strong motion/animation portfolio demonstrating social-first content and transitions.
• Experience delivering digital marketing assets across paid social, landing pages, emails and banners.
• Ability to work across integrated creative, print collateral and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create motion content for social and digital campaigns, with attention to hooks, pacing, and platform-specific behavior.
• Design across digital marketing formats, ensuring visual quality and purpose across formats.
• Collaborate across channels (social, email, banners, landing pages) and with print collateral while maintaining brand consistency.
