We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and data centric Paid Media Account Manager to join our London team. If you have a passion for digital and apps, and are ready to join the Yodel Mobile team and play a key role in achieving our next level of growth, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day relationship with a variety of clients, build trust and grow client accounts in line with department targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social advertising strategies across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snap and Google.
- Create, manage, and optimise app focused paid social campaigns to maximise client's KPIs such as user acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies and improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights, optimisations, and recommendations for improvement.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within client accounts, strategise and implement initiatives to drive account expansion and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all campaign-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in paid social advertising, and provide insights and recommendations to clients to ensure they stay ahead in the market
Requirements
- Agency Account Management skillset with a track record of growth
- Proven experience (2 years +) in managing paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Strong understanding of ad formats, targeting options, and optimisation techniques specific to each platform.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using campaign management and analytics tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex strategies and campaign performance to clients (with proven hands-on client experience).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passion for digital and app marketing, staying updated on industry trends, and eagerness to continuously learn and grow.
