Job summary

Enterprise Mobility invites applications for its One Year Management Placement Programme in Newport. Based in a retail branch, you’ll gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and more, supported by a structured training pathway.

You’ll develop both hard and soft skills through classroom learning, on‑the‑job mentoring, and real responsibilities, with opportunities for progression into our Graduate Management Training Programme.

Qualifications

• Students may apply if currently an undergraduate; selection based on competencies.
• Applicants must hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations available for disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: handle reservations, enquiries, and build rapport with customers.
• Sales and Marketing: connect with local business partners and grow network.
• Financial Control and Profitability: understand cost control and P&L basics.
• Operations and Logistics: manage fleet, plan strategically, drive performance.
• Leadership and Development: mentor/train team and grow into leadership.
