Job summary

Enterprise Mobility offers a one-year Management Placement Programme for students, providing a comprehensive introduction to graduate management training. Based in a retail branch, you will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Open to all undergraduate university students regardless of university attended or subjects studied.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence required, accommodations for those who don’t drive due to disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• Engage in sales and marketing activities by connecting with local business partners and developing lasting relationships.
• Understand financial mechanics of the business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
• Learn operations and logistics to manage a fleet, plan strategically and drive performance.
• Lead and develop others through mentoring and training with potential progression into management.
