Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent for advanced apprenticeship (Level 3).
• Close date: 15 January 2027.
• Three-year Accelerating your Future programme with mentorship.
• University degree options with a paid apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building services design on varied projects.
• Support engineering calculations, drawings, models and docs.
• Use BIM/digital design tools for coordinated engineering solutions.
• Attend project meetings, site visits, surveys and inspections.
• Develop understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient building design.
