Job summary

Arcadis offers a hands-on intern and placement programme in the UK, designed to develop technical and professional skills over 10–12 weeks for internships or a 12-month placement. You will be immersed in real projects and clients, supported by signposted training and Arcadis' core values.

You will join an established community, work on bridge and civil structures, and gain experience across highways, rail, and heritage projects, with virtual working where possible and opportunities to travel.

Qualifications

• You will be working towards a degree in a relevant subject.
• Demonstrate Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Undertake feasibility studies, design and site supervision on bridge and civil structures projects.
• Work in teams to develop digital and sustainable solutions for clients.
• Gain experience on projects such as HS2 and Lower Thames Crossing, and iconic bridges.
