Job summary

NHS Jobs is seeking a role to work alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other therapy staff to assess and intervene in community locations.

You will complete care plans for children under clinician direction, liaise with the MDT, manage stock, use paediatric equipment, run hydrotherapy sessions, input data into EMIS Web, and answer and direct calls.

• Working alongside qualified Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other therapy assistants to complete assessments and interventions in community locations.
• Completion of care plans with children under direction from clinicians
• Liaison with other members of the MDT
• Management of stock and liaison with appropriate individuals re ordering
• Use of Paediatric equipment e.g standing frames, specialised seating, Orthotics
• Completion of hydrotherapy sessions
• Inputting of clinical data and records into EMIS Web system
• Answering, making and directing calls into the department
