Job summary

Momenta Connect in London is recruiting a Paediatric Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to support children and young people with a range of communication needs, combining direct therapy with assessment and consultation.

You’ll work mainly in school settings with some clinic-based and remote opportunities, with flexible 37.5 hours per week and options for summer/part-time contracts.

Qualifications

• Paediatric speech and language therapy experience is essential.
• Experience in school-based settings or EHCP processes is preferred.
• HCPC registration and suitability to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Assess children and young people with SEND and communication needs.
• Plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised interventions and provide consultation.
• Contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and colleagues to embed communication support.
• Review progress and adapt intervention plans for complex needs.
