Job summary

Momenta Connect is seeking a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to work mainly in school settings with some clinic-based and remote opportunities. You will assess and support children and young people with communication needs, delivering therapy, consultation and practical strategies to improve outcomes.

The role offers 37.5 hours across five days, permanent contract with 52-week or summer options, and a supportive environment including clinical support, wellbeing resources and a 10%

Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
HCPC registration is required.
Experience in paediatric, school-based or EHCP-focused settings.

Responsibilities

Assess children and young people with SEND, autism, language needs and related profiles.
Plan and deliver evidence-based, individualised interventions, including direct therapy, advice and consultation.
Contribute to EHCP assessments, reports and outcome reviews.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues to embed communication support in the school day.
Review progress and adapt intervention plans for complex needs.
