Job summary

Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Speech & Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team supporting children across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge and Isleworth, London. This is a permanent, 37.5-hour per week role with a salary up to £40,250.

You will deliver targeted interventions, develop therapy programmes, and work with SENCOs, families and teachers to improve communication and inclusion.

Qualifications

• BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience working with children in educational settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience providing supervision and developing training.
• Experience with SEMH, trauma-informed practice or EHCPs is advantageous.
• Team leadership experience is desirable.

Responsibilities
