Job summary

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust in Southall is seeking an experienced Children's SLT Clinical Service Lead to join the paediatric SLT leadership team. You will work with the Children’s Services Manager to manage a large, diverse service and drive clinical delivery across universal, targeted and specialist levels.

The post is permanent, part-time, and offers leadership development, line management, recruitment, and ongoing service transformation in partnership with Local Authority contracts.

Qualifications

• Qualified speech and language therapist with leadership experience.
• Experience leading paediatric SLT services and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational management for the Children’s SLT Service in Ealing.
• Support the Clinical Services Manager and Paediatric Therapy Lead in strategic management.
• Deliver service development and redesign to meet new business and integrated care opportunities.
• Plan joint service development with Local Authority and other partners.
• Act as CQC lead to ensure safe, compassionate, effective services.
