Shift: Thursdays and Fridays 08.00 - 16.00

Our onboarding process is comprehensive, including paid induction and shadowing opportunities to help you understand your role and integrate into our team. You will support clients in their homes, including a young female client who enjoys being included in her care and needs assistance with physiotherapy.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Communicating with nonverbal children
• Moving and handling
• Supporting children with cerebral palsy
• Enteral feeding
• Medication administration

Supporting you:

Being a Libertatem Nurse is about caring and building trust with clients and their families. We provide online and classroom training tailored to complex care needs. Depending on your preferences, you may work independently or as part of a team, supporting multiple clients if desired.

Before starting, you'll meet your client and their family, with ongoing support from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager. You will also have access to our ‘Carer App’ for resources and information, ensuring you are well-equipped for this rewarding role.
