Job summary

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Children’s Physiotherapist to join the Paediatrics team in Hemel Hempstead. You will manage a varied caseload for children aged 0-19 across homes, schools and clinics, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy and formulating SMART targets.

Applicants should hold HCPC registration and a physiotherapy degree, with post-registration experience in children's services. A full UK driving licence and car access are essential for field work.

• Post-registration experience in Children’s services.
• HCPC registration and eligible to practise as a physiotherapist in the UK.
• Experience across settings (homes, schools, clinics) and with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Hold a varied caseload for children aged 0–19 across homes, schools and clinics.
• Provide interventions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Mentor and support junior staff, contribute to CPD.
• Collaborate closely with education colleagues and other therapists.
