Job description

Highly Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist (Band 7)

Location: NHS Highland Argyll & Bute Health and Social Care Partnership, Mid Argyll, Kintyre and Islay

Position: Full-time Band 7 Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload across Mid Argyll, Kintyre, and Islay, with opportunities for professional development and service innovation. Support will be provided by the Paediatric Team Lead Physiotherapist based in Helensburgh.

Requirements:
  1. A degree or equivalent in physiotherapy
  2. HCPC registration
  3. Postgraduate training in paediatric fields
  4. Experience in community paediatric services, MDT working, and service development
  5. Knowledge of regional and national paediatric strategies
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  7. Innovative mindset and ability to deliver outstanding services
