Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Paediatric Phlebotomist to perform venipuncture for infants, children and young people in a safe, child-friendly way. You will work with nursing and medical colleagues to support diagnosis and management across paediatric specialties and assume a supervisory role for less experienced staff where needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in phlebotomy, ideally paediatric.
• Good communication, patience and rapport with children and families.
• Ability to supervise less experienced staff and support team dynamics.

Aufgaben

• Provide venipuncture for infants, children and young people.
• Support diagnosis, treatment and management across paediatric specialties.
• Maintain hygiene and tidiness of clinical areas and records of activity.
• Assist in flexible coverage across WLCH locations as needed.
• Contribute to safeguarding and high standards of patient safety.
