Job summary

Nutricia UK is recruiting a Field-based Territory Manager to build trusted relationships with paediatric healthcare professionals and drive the Nutricia portfolio across primary and secondary care. You will work across hospitals, clinics and community settings to influence clinical decision making and patient outcomes.

Expect 4–5 days per week of face-to-face visits, shaping clinical pathways and delivering clinically grounded commercial conversations with NHS stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to paediatric healthcare professionals.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Oxford, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts across your territory.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and NHS stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical and commercial conversations that drive impact.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
• This is a hands-on role with 4–5 days per week of face-to-face meetings.
