Job summary

Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Paediatric Nurse for three fixed-term posts. You will care for children aged 0-18 on the Children's Unit/Paediatric Assessment Unit, providing safe, evidence-based care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Children's Nurse (NMC, current/live)
• Professional/clinical knowledge through degree or equivalent
• Level 3 Safeguarding Children
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development or other training relevant to role

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective care to children (0-18) on the unit/paediatric assessment unit
• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate individualised patient care
• Contribute to standards of care and monitoring outcomes
• Support development of nursing standards and practice
