Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a compassionate Female Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our Complex Care team in Stafford. You will support children with complex healthcare needs in their homes and local communities.

As a Community Complex Care Paediatric Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, working with families, carers, schools and multidisciplinary teams to tailor care to each child’s needs. You’ll provide personal care and manage clinical interventions on shift.

Qualifications

• Registered Children's Nurse with PIN and NMC registration.
• Experience caring for children with complex healthcare needs.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and family‑centred care.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personalised care plans and risk assessments.
• Deliver and oversee complex clinical interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate care outcomes, escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance, clinical governance, and safeguarding processes.
