Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a registered paediatric nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in a child’s home. You will work on 10 hour night shifts and provide personal care, assist with moving and handling, and administer medications as part of complex care plans.

You will support the child's health goals, enrich quality of life, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure safety and comfort during home visits.

Qualifications

• Registered paediatric nurse with active NMC registration.
• Experience in personal care and medication administration.
• Comfortable with complex care and 1:1 home settings.
• Willing to undertake complex care training.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care in the client’s home.
• Administer medications and manage clinical interventions.
• Assist with moving and handling and daily activities.
• Support client goals and community involvement.
