Our bespoke care services are delivered to adults, children, and young people with conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological injuries, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders.

This role provides opportunities to build your career, clinical, and management skills. You will not be required to work bank holidays, weekends, or nights.

Job Description

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, with some on-call duties. No weekend or bank holiday work.

Salary: GBP 43,950

Location: Cambridge, Luton, and Bedfordshire

Driving license is required.

What you'll be doing

  • Assessing and reviewing individual care packages
  • Providing practical training to care workers
  • Conducting clinical supervisions and instructions using your expertise
  • Working with healthcare workers at the point of care in various settings such as home, school, community, and day centres
  • Interacting with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments
  • Participating in paid phone support on a rotational on-call basis

Qualifications

You will be a Paediatric Registered Nurse with ICU/HDU or complex care experience. To succeed, you should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
