Client Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and skilled healthcare assistant to provide specialized care for a 10-month-old child with complex medical needs. The client lives in a comfortable and loving home environment with supportive family members. The ideal candidate will have experience in paediatric care and be proficient in managing advanced medical requirements while creating a calm and friendly environment for the client.

What HFH offers:

• Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, with the benefit of continuity provided by a small core team of regular care staff.
• Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours.
• We will try to offer work that fits your availability. On average, a carer works three shifts (36 hours) per week, earning approximately £500 - £555 per week.*
• This work pattern results in an annual income of approximately £26,200 - £28,950.*
• We employ all staff directly and manage pay via PAYE, removing the need for third-party companies or self-employment considerations. PAYE protects you from breaching IR35 regulations.
• *Please note: These rates include holiday pay, which is accrued per hour worked, and depend on shift patterns (days/nights/weekends).
