You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, maintain accurate records, and administer medicines per Trust policy.

• We are seeking enthusiastic Band 5 nurses to join our dynamic Emergency Department team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide accurate timely records of care and treatment in line with policy and NMC.
• Administer medicines in accordance with Trust policy.
• Promote a safe environment and high standards of infection prevention.
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers and the multi-disciplinary team.
