Qualifications

• RSCN/RN with current NMC registration.
• SSSA training.
• APLS/EPLS.
• Paediatric Emergency Care course.
• Trauma course.

Responsibilities

• Manage the paediatric ED environment and patient care during shifts, coordinating staff and resources.
• Oversee and undertake managerial roles including appraisals and sickness management.
• Act as Nurse in Charge/shift coordinator to ensure safe, high-quality care and patient flow.
