Chelwest is actively recruiting Band 5 Paediatric nurses for the Paediatric Emergency Department at West Middlesex Hospital in London. The role focuses on high standards of patient care in a busy ED, with opportunities for mentorship and ongoing professional development.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, undergo an structured orientation, and participate in essential courses such as PILS, APLS and in-house training to support clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered paediatric nurse with NMC registration.
• PILS certificate or up-to-date BLS.
• Willingness to undertake mentoring/assessing qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of patient care in ED.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Work within MDT to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic notes.
• Support student nurses on placement and participate in quality initiatives.
